Evone Ostreko

Evone, an Iowa native, now resides in Aurora, Illinois. She began her formal training in the 1970's, working with well-known oil and watercolor atrists. Ms. Ostreko has participated in many workshops throughout the country increasing her knowledge of both media, improving her skills and techniques. She has continued her studies at Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, the American Academy of Art, Chicago and with several nationally known artists in Door County, Wisconsin.

Community minded, Evone has conducted workshops and provided demonstrations for wide audiences. She conducts private classes in her atelier, overlooking her well maintained gardens and landscaping.

Evone Ostreko is a member of various art organizations. She has participated in numerous jurried exhibitions, has shown in private and corporated settings as well as group shows. Evone's paintings are to be found in private and corporate collections.
